At Hemline, we want you to love your curated pieces; however, if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns on unworn items with original tags attached within 14 days of delivery. Please note that all sale items and intimate apparel are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the printed return authorization form inside the box.
Label and Ship
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our boutique team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
